What is Insurance Service:
Insurance service is the process of insuring your package. Once the insurance service takes effect, in the event of a package loss, we will compensate you for the loss of your package.
Maximum Insurance Payout Amount: 3000 CNY (The maximum payout for a single item is 1000 CNY, and the maximum payout for a single package is 3000 CNY).
Insurance Premium = （Total Value of Goods +Actual Paid Shipping Fee）× Insurance Rate
Types of Coverage Provided by Insurance Service:
Package Loss: Loss of package during transit by the logistics carrier.
Customs Clearance Loss: Loss of the entire package due to customs clearance issues.
The following situations are not covered:
1、Incorrect recipient address or contact information, refusal to accept, failure to collect from the pickup point in time, or no one to claim the package when delivered by the delivery carrier, resulting in package loss or return.
2、For routes not responsible for customs clearance by the logistics carrier, the recipient does not cooperate with customs clearance matters. Failure to pay duties, not contacting or not cooperating with customs to provide clearance documentation, abandoning the package or other personal reasons leading to the inability to complete customs clearance, resulting in package loss or return.
3、Successful delivery indicated by the logistics tracking.
4、Package loss or return due to third-party political reasons, natural disasters, or other irresistible factors.
5、Damage to goods is not covered.
Insurance Remarks:
1、The platform's compensation standards and insurance service claim standards cannot be applied simultaneously.
2、If insurance service is not purchased, it is not allowed to add insurance service once the package has been shipped; after purchasing the insurance service, if the package has been shipped, it does not support canceling the insurance service.
3、The purchase of insurance service applies only to the corresponding package and not to other packages.
Insurance service is purchased on a voluntary basis, and the final interpretation rights belong to HUBBUYCN.
