The information transmitted by any direct, indirect, accidental, special use of membership services or illegal use the information from service users to damage or cause damage to the "HubbuyCN" image and honor, "HubbuyCN" hereby reserves the right to retain compensation for these reputational damages.
8. Refusal to provide guarantee

9. Storage and restriction of user information.

10. Disclaimer
(1) HubbuyCN will try our best to make the products sold consistent with the product descriptions and patterns posted on the website. However, the product will be affected by various factors such as illumination, color, equipment, and color difference and resolution of each computer. We cannot guarantee that the information described in the product is the same as the product. Especially for the color issue, please subject to the actual item.
(2) HubbuyCN will purchase the product through the URL provided by the user, normally the purchasing service will be completed within 6-15 working days but HubbuyCN doesn't make the final commitment (this also depends on the “international shipping method” selected by the user). If the product is out of stock, or price are changes, or delivery is not timely, or the goods are abnormal or other irresistible factors, the purchase cannot be completed normally and we will communicate with the user in time, but HubbuyCN will not be responsible for all the losses, it’s all on the user account.
