We will adjust the exchange rate from time to time based on the latest one published by Bank of China.
Handling charge for PayPal is currently 3.5%+ US$0.3.
1. Login to your HubbuyCN account, click "Member Centre"-''To recharge";
2. Enter the amount that you want to top up to your HubbuyCN account, click "Go to top up";
3. Choose top up method, click "Confirm payment";
4. Choose top up by paypal account balance or credit card/debit card;
Notice:The delivery address on the payment page must be consistent with the shipping address filled in when submitting the waybill to HubbuyCN.
