Disclaimer
1. No compensation will be provided for mail lost due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs reasons.
2. The customer is unable to provide relevant proof required for compensation.
3. If the items sent violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, no compensation will be paid if they are confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. If the mail package is intact and has no trace of disassembly when delivered, and the weight has not been reduced, but the internal parts are missing or damaged, no compensation will be provided.
5. If the mail track shows that it has not been properly delivered, and the logistics provider's inquiry confirms that the package has been confiscated by customs, the logistics provider's inquiry will prevail and no compensation will be paid.
6. No compensation will be given if the mail is lost or the contents are short due to the customer's responsibility or the items themselves.
7. No compensation will be given if the customer fails to inquire or make a claim for compensation from the date of handing in the mail to the expiration of the inquiry period.
8. No compensation will be given if international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the country of destination in accordance with its domestic laws.
9. Other circumstances that do not fall under liability for compensation.
