2. Shipping Cost Refund Standards

2. Packages returned after failing postal or air security checks: Full refund of shipping costs. If the return occurs after air security checks, shipping costs and registration fees are not refunded.

1. Third-party Logistics Failure Returns: The logistics provider will contact our company offline to arrange for the return. The package will be returned to our company via the collection driver, domestic courier, or other logistics methods. The shipping costs paid by the customer will be fully refunded. If the logistics provider incurs return fees, these will need to be covered by the customer.

The package will be returned to our company via the collection driver, domestic courier, or other logistics methods. The shipping costs paid by the customer will be fully refunded. Overseas return
If your package has already been sent abroad and is returned due to reasons such as "customs inspection", "international security check failure", "no sign", "address unknown", "out for delivery", the shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will need to cover the costs for redelivery the package.
